COOLING PROCEDURES

 

Cooling procedures interact with thermal procedures. They usually are not independent but a part of your visits to the heat wellness rooms are usually rotated with. Your stay in the sauna must complete with a cooling procedure,  so is with the steam bath with steam heat and all the procedures that we will tell you about. Without cooling the body, the effect of heating procedure slumps. Therefore, it can be compulsory part of the introductory spa therapies.

Cooling procedures are few and vary in degree of temperature shock - because not every client can withstand sudden temperature changes from the burning heat to completely cool. Modern spa centers provide opportunities for cooling after the heating.

Chanching of hot and cold procedures strengthens the immune system and improve vital functions. We developed various attractive facilities for cold treatments - cold pool, ice bowl, shock bucket ....
