Официална позиция на „Нола 7“ ООД, член на Националната Асоциация за Басейни и Спа Центрове /НАБСЦ/ по отношение на наложената от Комисията за Защита на Конкуренцията /КЗК/ санкция на браншовата организация.
Като една от най-големите български компании в бранша с над 17 год. История, съосновател и член на Националната Асоциация за Басейни и Спа Центрове /НАБСЦ/ не можем да се съгласим с решението на Комисията за Защита на Конкуренцията /КЗК/ и считаме, че е допуснато неправилно и неоснователно приложение на цитираните законови разпоредби.
В своята дейност, включително и в качеството си на член на Националната Асоциация за Басейни и Спа Центрове /НАБСЦ/, фирма „Нола 7“ ООД е гарант за лоялна и честна конкуренция на пазара за изграждане и поддръжка на съоръжения за аквапаркове, плувни и развлекателни басейни, уелнес и спа центрове и се обевява срещу недобросъвестните търговски практики.
Резултатът от тези наши и на нашите партньори от НАБСЦ усилия е налице - наличие на развит, качествен и висококонкурентен национален пазар при относително много ниска цена на продукта.
А не е ли точно това очакваният от обществото резултат от една здравословна конкуренция?
В заключение, фирма „Нола 7“ ООД ще предприеме всички предвидени в закона действия за промяна на въпросното решение на КЗК пред съответните съдебни органи.

The workshop is organized by the Bulgarian Institute for Standardization (BDS) and the support of the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourismof Bulgaria. Participants in the seminar will be specialists from Thailand, Argentina, Austria, Germany, France, Turkey and Spain, and professional organizations such as ESPA - European Spa Association.
Spa industry in our days occupies one of the leading positions in the hospitality industry worldwide, as more and more people are rediscovering the "spa" as a way of life.Therefore, it is the people who work in this sector to be professionals and have managed to maintain "quality" to satisfy the expectations of their customers. For that purpose is necessary to monitor foreign experience and to share information in this area.
In fact, the objective of the workshop is to provide an opportunity for Bulgarian companies and organizations to learn best practices in the Spa -Wellness thalassotherapy in different countries.Main topics of the seminar:
- Advantages of standardization in the field of international tourism;
- Legal framework and guidelines for development of spa, spa and wellness tourism in Bulgaria;
- Identify opportunities for building and managing the spa business in Bulgaria;
- Best practices in this business, how the management strategies for its sustainable development and the latest technologies, techniques and methodologies used to it.
- And some practical issues: Case Studies in Thailand and "Tradition and modern methods of treatment" in the Grand Hotel Pomorie, Bulgaria.As a participant in the seminar, "NOLA 7" Ltd. lectured the growing role of the Wellness & Spa center in the business model of a five star hotel complex. Leading trends nationally and globally in the conceptual design and construction based on the experience of NOLA 7 Ltd.
Field of activity of the working group is standardizing delivery of quality healthcare tourism services. Drafts of the standards being developed are the following: Medical SPA - Service provision requirements ( "Curative water procedures. Requirements for the provision of services"); Thalassotherapy Services ( "Services thalassotherapeutic) and Wellness SPA Services (" wellness spa services). -
