2. Feasibility studies.

3. Complete master planning.

5. Construction documents for building permissions.

Once all permits and plans were made, collected and approved by the municipal authorities, the next step is to negotiate for assigning the rough building works or the tender of the project to several contractors. As a specialized company, we assist the client to choose the most appropriate co-construction contractor based on price, quality and experience. Upon request of the investor when he is not representing a construction company or does not want to split the responsibilities, he can assign the overall performance of the construction site.

7. Construction and waterpark installation.
