Saunas are born in the northern nations every day. Among the cold climate, cold nature and scant sunlight, Finns and Russians were looking for refuge, relaxation and health in the sauna. It was their life source, and that remains so far in their regular life. Sauna, in our humble opinion, is most useful to the health of beneficiaries, room in every wellness center. Over the years, the sauna has being developed in many varieties, but always presents and is the heart of every wonderful spa space.
