NOLA 7 is a leading company in the design and construction of water-related entertainment and tourism facilities. With over 30 years of international experience, we offer comprehensive solutions, including planning and consulting, design, construction, and maintenance of diverse projects such as water parks, musical fountains, complex swimming pool systems, SPA and wellness centers, as well as recreational and sports facilities.

We are expanding and are seeking a Project Manager with the following qualifications and responsibilities:
 

Main Responsibilities:

• Planning, managing, and controlling projects from start to finish;
• Overseeing project operations, including delivery schedules, invoicing, payments, and more;
• Organizing and coordinating teams of engineers and technicians;
• Maintaining project documentation and preparing reports for company management;
• Ensuring the timely and quality execution of the project in compliance with the budget and investor requirements;
• Assessing technical and budgetary risks, optimizing efficiency;
• Planning, organizing, and supervising all necessary materials to achieve project goals;
• Supervising and enforcing health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
   

Requirements:

• Higher education in HVAC, electrical engineering, or a related field;
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a similar position;
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD. Knowledge of MS Project is considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of Revit or other drafting and design software is a plus;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• Organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Willingness to learn new work methods and adhere to high standards;
• Valid driver’s license and availability for travel within the country.
