The building of the mineral bath was built between 1925 and 1928 and is a masterpiece of modernism in the work of arch. Georgi Ovcharov. After the completion of the construction in 1933, a Health Care Complex was built near the bath and the mineral spring.

The bath ceased to be only hygienic and became part of the medical complex. It functioned like this until the end of the 1980s, after which it was closed and subjected to demolition.

Renovated in 2024 with the active consultation and participation of Nola 7. Pool and water rehabilitation facilities restored.
