Sports pools

Sports pools are complex hydraulic facilities

They are designed for training activities and competitions in swimming, diving, water polo, synchronized swimming, surfing and more. For classic water sports,`they are rectangular, with different sizes and depths, open and closed. One of the most important characteristics is the orientation of the longitudinal axis of the open swimming facilities in the north-south direction and the clear height above the water surface at the closed ones (minimum 4.20 m for the training ones).

Depending on the category of the swimming complex, the equipment may need to be constructed in accordance with the requirements of FINA. The so-called Olympic pools are 50 by 25 meters in size.

Characteristics of the process of developing sport pools

Sports pools are usually designed and built, so that they can be used for most water sports.

This requires:

· Design and construction of a complex system for changing the size and depth;

· Provision of different equipment, specific for the individual sports;

· Placing a special marking;

· Anticipation of different types of indicators;

· Installation of an electronic system for results reporting.

The requirements for water purification are increased. The water must be crystal clear at all times and within the norms of decontamination. We achieve this through high-tech systems and specialized filters that we produce ourselves. The safety criteria is also high.

Modern sports facilities can be designed with portholes for close observation and filming of athletes. Surfing and diving pools are very interesting, they attract high interest among visitors, but also require a bigger investment.

We have a lot of experience in the construction of sports pools - training and competitions. We know that in order to achieve a satisfactory result, it is very important to clarify all the details about the purpose and the objectives of the facility. Call us to discuss your ideas and needs.
