Infrared sauna

The infrared sauna is a modern invention. Its distinctive features are:

· The emitters of infrared rays (lamps), located on the walls and ceiling of the room;

· Lower temperature than in the classic sauna (however, users sweat profusely and expel toxins from their bodies);

· Infrared waves heat the body more intensely (80% of the lamp radiation) than the air (20% of the radiation) and additional heating may be required;

· Possibility for daily use;

· High efficiency in the treatment of sports injuries, allergies, eczema and severe cellulite;

· Accessibility for people with chronic problems - low blood pressure, heart problems, arthritis, chronic fatigue.

The cladding and benches are wooden, but can also be made of other materials. The infrared sauna is very suitable for construction and use in private homes. Contact us and you will soon be able to use it at home.
